Apartments – Plot 1 & 4
- For each apartment there are private parking areas, and storerooms on the basement.
- On every basement there is a common engine room.
- Around the buildings there are private parking areas, tree planted areas and pedestrian precincts.
- Every apartment spares autonomous boiler heating systems and autonomous solar heating systems, inverter air-condition, electric appliances (fridge, cooker, dish washer, extractor fan, sauna and water massage devices) and complete stylish lightning configurations.
Villas – Plots 2, 3 , 5, 6, 7
- Every plot is divided in three smaller plots with a space of about 300m2 for each one. On every smaller plot there is a luxurious detached house with a basement, a ground floor, a first floor, a covered outside area and verandas.
- Every house spares private parking area, a specially formed barbeque corner covered by a light wooden structure and a private heating pool with Jacuzzi. Optionally, the pool can be covered using the arcurate folding roof, which is made of aluminum and polycarbonic ply.
- In every house there are under-floor heating systems, inverter air-conditions, electric appliances (fridge, cooker, dish washer, extractor fan, sauna and water massage devices in one of the bathrooms) and complete stylish lighting configurations
- Every building of the project is heat insulated and sound-proof and their front view is covered by special formed stones. Thanks to the position of the plots, as they are lying on a hill, and because of the direction of the buildings, every one of them spares a view both to the sea and the mountains.
Commercial – Plot 8
- A two story building, that is divided into 4 shops (three shops on the ground floor and one shop on the first floor)
- The area of each of the shops A, B and C is 132.47 m2, 144.22 m2 and 147.43 m2 and each one of the shops spares a private storeroom on the basement. The space of each storeroom is the same as the space of the shops.
- Shop D is the only one shop of the first floor. The owner of the shop D will be able to use in exclusiveness the clear space which is lying on the north and on the west side of the shop, the verandas and a covered space of 129.73m2
