    Discount Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Early Booking Discount: 10% for reservations materialized until 28.02 for stays during all season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Long Stay Discount: 10% for staying 14 or more days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The above discounts are not combinable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payment Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • 50% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation of the booking within 1 week from the reservation date and the remaining amount, up to 30 days prior to arrival. All payments can be done either by wire transfer or charge on a credit card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In the case of a reservation with fewer than 3 nights stay is granted, the full amount will be required upon confirmation of the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Low Season<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        In case of a cancellation, 7<\/strong> days or less, prior to arrival and No Show<\/strong> 50%<\/strong> of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of Early Departure,<\/strong> the whole amount of the reservation will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of an Early Departure<\/strong> due to a severe family emergency or serious illness, the remaining nights will be credited for the guest, in order to return next season and use them (availability check is mandatory).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Medium Season<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        In case of a cancellation, 14<\/strong> days or less, prior to arrival, 50%<\/strong> of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of No Show<\/strong> or Early Departure<\/strong> the whole amount of the reservation will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of an Early Departure<\/strong> due to a severe family emergency or serious illness, the remaining nights will be credited for the guest, in order to return next season and use them (availability check is mandatory).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        High Season<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        In case of a cancellation, 30<\/strong> days or less, prior to arrival, 50%<\/strong> of the total cost will be retained (max 7 nights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of a cancellation, 7<\/strong> days or less, prior to arrival, 100%<\/strong> of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Damage Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        We charge \u20ac100,00<\/strong> per reservation as a damage deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        As per our own damage policy, we would never charge our guest for something minor, such as a water glass or a bended spoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In case of a significant damage, we will contact a local technician to arrive on site and assess the damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        By significant damage we refer to damages such as, a broken window glass, a broken piece of furniture, an electrical device and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Our guest will receive a valid & official invoice from our company with the total payable damage cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
